Born December 21st, 1986, Scott Dingfelder Jr. Grew Up In The Jay Street Area Of Rochester, New York, Also Known As 'Ghost Town'. With His Father Being A Local Hustler, UpTopRoc Quickly Caught On To A Fly And Flashy Lifestyle. With Hustle Running Through His Veins, Roc Always Seemed To Find Himself With An Older Crowd, But Always Considered The Head Of The Pack. Money Was Always The Top Priority In The Mind Of The Young G. While The Schoolboys Played At Recess, Roc Took Advantage Of His Resources And Chose To Sell Things Around Him. Whatever It Was, If You Needed It, He Had It. As Time Passed, Making Fast Money Became Second Nature To Roc. At The Age Of Ten, UpTopRoc Was So Into The Movement Of Hip-Hop Music, He Began Creating His OWn. He Took His Fast Lifestyle And Created Art For His Own Therapeutic Reasons. After Years Of Roc Being A Posterboy For A Local Record Label He Helped Establish, He Decided To Go His Own Route And Build A Team Of Young Talent, Creating Young & Affiliated Inc. Dropping Mixtape After Mixtape, Rocs Buzz Quickly Grew Helping Him Move Over 15,000 Units In The Upstate Area. With His Solid Hood Anthems And Radio Friendly Hits, Roc Catapulted Himself To The Point Where There Was No Way To Be Denied In The Public Eye. Selling Out Local Venus, The Anticipation For Rocs Debut Album "The Road To Riches" Is Reaching Its Peak. As A Writer, Co-Writer, Producer, Engineer, And The Citys Top Graphic Designer, Roc Has Definately Taken The Initiative As Owner Of The Y&A Brand, And Is Set To Release Projects From His Prospect Artists Chris Gunna, SaVvy Cet, Dinero, and Convict Da General. Slowly But Surely Building An Empire Around Himself, UpTopRoc Has Without A Doubt, Exceeded All Qualifications OF Operating A Business, And Has Quickly Turned His Long Time Hobby Into An Entrepreneurship.
